California Fresh Figs & Gingered Mascarpone
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese (8-1/2 ounces)
- 1 Tbsp Crystallized Ginger, finely chopped
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/8 tsp G-Free Vanilla Extract
- 26 small firm-ripe California Fresh Figs (1-1/2 pounds)
- Mint sprigs; for garnish
- Sweet round G-Free Crackers
Directions
Stir mascarpone, ginger, sugar and vanilla together in a small bowl. Cover and chill.Scoop mascarpone mixture onto cold plate. Surround with figs. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve with G-Free Crackers.
