California Fresh Figs & Gingered Mascarpone

Ingredients


  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese (8-1/2 ounces)
  • 1 Tbsp Crystallized Ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp G-Free  Vanilla Extract
  • 26 small firm-ripe California Fresh Figs (1-1/2 pounds)
  • Mint sprigs; for garnish
  • Sweet round G-Free Crackers

Directions

Stir mascarpone, ginger, sugar and vanilla together in a small bowl. Cover and chill.

Scoop mascarpone mixture onto cold plate. Surround with figs. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve with G-Free Crackers.
